RE needs to do a final update of http://bits.netbeans.org/maven2/ repository with

* final bits of 6.9 FCS to be uploaded as the RELEASE69 artifacts
* repository index to include RELEASE69 artifact

It is ficed, NetBeans maven repository now contains the artifacts from the final build. Also the repository index was regenerated.
