I don't see any dangling sentence in the last paragraph, although I suggest rewording "It might happen your caches may be out of date" to simply "Your cache may be out of date." The first paragraph has the dangling string "nbm" at the end, which should probably be removed. Am reassigning this to the engineers who own the dialog (I hope). Looks like it's related to the Plugins manager.
