Steps to reproduce:
1) Start NetBeans IDE
2) Invoke Help->Report Issue...
3) Specify NetBeans account name and password
4) New Issue tab is shown with some default values been set (ide/code,version=6.9, TM=TBD, etc)
5) Click on Reload Attributes at top right of the tab
6) As the result :
- component code->Accessibility
- version 6.9->3.5
- TM TBD->6.9

Actually I expect no such changes as all those values were the default ones proposed by IDE.

Product Version = NetBeans IDE 6.9 RC2 (Build 201005262201)
Operating System = Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.6.0_18
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 16.0-b13
