I think this problem from occurring is certainly troublesome, but this issue is very important.
I used netbeans6.8 (zh_CN) editor contains Chinese .php (utf-8) file, after a string of Chinese exploration in the file did show up, but there are some Chinese symbols, these symbols should be the Single-Byte-Charactor symbols and Double-Byte-Charactor symbol, no matter how I adjust the configuration is not a normal show, and shows a garbled, and the use netbeans save it, then do not put these symbols correctly saved, but saved some garbled, but the use notepad + +, eclipse writers such The document does not have any problems, support for a multi-language software for no good support for Asian fonts can be very bad.

Can you test it in the latest dev build [1] and provide us a probematic project/file? Then don't hesitate to reopen this issue. Thanks a lot.
