The diff editor does not support key navigation (up and down) from file to file anymore.
It worked well in 6.8

It is probably caused by the addition of tabs "Graphical" and "Textual" (seen on Mercurial projects). The focus is gained by those new tabs.

It would be nice to map "up" and "down" keys to the "up" and "down" buttons.

Tested on 6.9 Beta
