It would be useful to have an option "Same As Foreground" for Effect Color. For example the "URL" category has Effect "Underlined" with Effect Color "Blue", which doesn't necessarily look good, depending on the text color of the link in the particular context. It might make more sense to just use the current text color as the underline color. But it doesn't seem possible to configure that.
