I tried to rename a method and got this message (see attached png). I did not find messages.log on my computer. After all the method was not renamed. 

The method's signature is "protected void setBackground(boolean isSelected)" and it is only used within the declaring class.

I restarted the IDE but it did not solve the problem.

messages.log file is in <ide-userdir>/var/log/messages.log. Also, you seemed to forget attaching the png. If this problem is reproducible in a self contained small test project please create one and attach it here alongside the steps how this can be reproduced. Thanks
