I'm currently no more notified of any changes to the issues I've filed (since this morning).

This is not a functionality of exception reporter, but bugzilla it self. It look like a mail server was blocked. It works well now.

The issue was caused by outages at mailing servers capabilities. The issue should be resolved now.
