The wizards for creating a jar recipe from a saved recipe as wizard have not been redone to look like the new wizard. This is inconsistant 
with the new wizard and fails the automated tests. To recreate:
-Create a recipe, set the filter and contents
-Save it as template
-Try to create another recipe using this template.

You should see the wizards look like 3.2 wizards.  This works but fails the automated tests which are looking for the same wizards as using 
"JAR Recipe" as template.

Fixed - however the fix should revisited be when issue 8858 is completed.

Reopening for reevaluation for 3.4 since #8858 is now implemented and
may offer a better fix.

Forgot to delete useless templateWizardIterator attr from
Templates/JarPackager/JarRecipe.jarContent in the layer.
