To reproduce:

1. on the first startup of the IDE, select this in the Setup Wizard:
 - Every Startup
 - uncheck "Show dialog before ..."
 - uncheck "Show Check ..."
 - check all update centers (main, alpha, beta)

2. let the IDE start, exit it, and start again

=> after the IDE starts, it starts checking for updates, which results in 2 
Update Center ziards displayed and a dialog asking if you want to install 
updates (which turns into a 3rd wizard if you answer Yes).

Resolved for 3.3.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
