Product Version = NetBeans IDE Dev (Build cdev-2320-on-100413)
Operating System = Mac OS X version 10.5.8 running on x86_64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.6.0_17
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 14.3-b01-101

I push the New Issue... node in Team dashboard. It opens the editor tab which is usually labeled "New Issue" but sometimes the label is "Issue Window". It appears usually when clicking the New Issue... node of one project and then clicking the one of a different project.

Verified. Not able to get tab named "Issue Window" in:
Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201005060200)
Java: 1.6.0_17; Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 14.3-b01-101
System: Mac OS X version 10.5.8 running on x86_64; MacRoman; en_US (nb)
