Description Torbjorn Norbye 2001-12-03 16:28:08 UTC
The NetBeans menu in XEmacs has a "Mount File" item.
That's misleading - you can't mount -files- in NetBeans,
only filesystems (e.g. directories, sets of files).

I think this should be renamed to something like
"Mount File's Directory" (that -is- what it does, right?)
It should probably also have the side effect of selecting
the file in the explorer within the newly mounted file
system.

Fixed the name. Will look into the required side effect.
Comment 2 Melih Ovadya 2001-12-04 00:02:36 UTC
The selected file in the newly mounted filesystem should be
highlighted. If the filesystem was already mounted before, it should
still highlight the filename.

Follow ISSUE #20486 about how to select the file in Explorer

With the help of David Konecny's hack (see issue 6559, attachment
ShowInExplorer.jar), we can now get the Explorer to open to the file
and select it.
