jdk1.4.0-rc-b88

Attached ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException from FolderOrder occured during the ide
startup. No clue how to reproduce this, assuming this was one time issue and it
is probably unreproducible.

Build #200111300330 is from release33 branch (not 330). Sory for
misunderstood.
