Steps to reproduce:

1. Install bundle on Linux, use path with spaces for IDE. In my case it was "nb 6.8".
2. Start IDE. I also created and ran java desktop application.
3. Close IDE.
4. Run uninstall.sh.

First run fails with NPE.
Second run uninstalls IDE successfully.

Log attached.
