currently, each bookmark can have assigned letter or number, use ctrl-G to quick navigate
My personal opinion is that the named bookmarks implementation is too cumbersome to setup and use. What I want is a simple method to do bookmarking via shortcut keys something like: Shift+Ctrl+1 -> Set Bookmark 1 on current file Shift-Ctrl+2 -> Set Bookmark 2 on current file Ctrl+1 -> Goto Bookmark 1 on current file Ctrl+2 -> Goto Bookmark 2 on current file I find myself some times jumping between 2-3 bookmarks, but is too long cycle the bookmarks or having to open the bookmarks window to choose the other one.
This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue. Thanks for your cooperation, NetBeans IDE 8.2 Release Boss
