I was trying to add a new custom code template for Groovy; however, when I go to Options -> Editor -> Code Templates, Groovy is not in the list of languages to create code templates for.

In order to use custom code templates for Groovy I need to install the Code Template Tools plugin from contrib, and that allows me to create code templates for Groovy.
