When running autoupdate the tool is able to identify modules that can be 
downloaded.  The autoupdate tool proceeds to the validation of certificates and 
download of choosen modules as expected, but all modules return a status 
of "Bad Download".  I have tried this process several times and have not been 
able to retrieve a single module.  Thanks for the work you are doing.  Take

Thi issue is the duplicate of #18180 and the problem seems to be 
resolved - the AutoUpdate works OK now.
