If you do a full-text search matching some files that have no extension (e.g.
Converted to Text), they show up OK in the Search Results window; however if you
press Show All Details, in the Output Window you see the filename ending with a
period, and the hyperlink does not work correctly. The attached patch fixes the
problem.
