incorrect error badge

open java.j2seproject or cnd.toolchain modules => you will see "error" badge
Error files in both cases are package-info.java files
See screenshot how IDE complains

I think P2, since it is often the only error badge shown on a project, so it is harder to see what real errors there might be.

Integrated into 'main-golden', will be available in build *201002170200* on http://bits.netbeans.org/dev/nightly/ (upload may still be in progress)
