1) I've tried to remove all BPs from Breakpoints window with "Delete All" context action => visually no changes 

2) close/open BPs window again => it's content is empty. Try to set line BP in editor => BP is not displayed in BPs window.
Have to close/open again to update

This was fixed yesterday in issue #180051.
