i seted utf-8 for porject encodeing and default encodeing is utf-8.i chechked all config properties files are writeing utf-8 but when i open php files ide is opening it with ansi code its not opening with utf-8 :-s where is the problem really i cant find i tryed all what is writeing on forum and net nothing was a solution plz send back answer faster iwant to use this ide but just caous eof that icant use:(

Verify encoding in your project properties. Or is it a file without a project?

In any case, please, try to reproduce your issue with the latest version of NetBeans. Also, would it be possible to get your project or another sample which causes this issue?

Just reopen this issue and attach the problematic project.
