Observed in GFESB v2.2.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new concrete WSDL Document with Database Binding and Table Type
2. Select a URL in step 3 in the binding wizard
3. Select a table, say, "Customer", and move it from the "Available Tables" list to the "Selected Tables" in step 4
4. Click "Next" button to go to step 5
5. Click "Back" button to go back to step 4
6. Both list are empty. I have to close the wizard and start again.
