Allow to run commands before launching Run / Debug in remote development.

Move the issue to enhancement,
not in NB6.9

Hi.

This is a really useful and common feature appearing on many other C++ IDE (Eclipse, SlickEdit, KDE Develop) - please consider pushing it sooner in the road-map.
