1. Create a web application targetting Tomcat
2. Go to Entity Classes from Database wizard

The combo box at the top if labeled Database Connection, I would expect that the wizard should show the "Data Source" combo box. When you switch the target server to GlassFish, it allows you to choose the datasource. The same should be the case for Tomcat.
