1. Run a search for bugs reported by any specific user.  It works fine.
2. Click "Edit Search," select the top three statuses ("NEW," "STARTED," and "REOPENED"), and run the search again.  It works fine.
3. Enter a name for the search and click the "Remember Search as" button.  The saved search is added.
4. Run the saved search.

Expected results:
The same search results returned in step 2.

Observed results:
The search results returned in step 1 (no status filtering applied).  Clicking "Edit Search" at this point brings up the Search form with a blank Status multi-select element.

This works now, though I'm not sure when it was fixed.

I can confirm that described steps work now. Verified.
