For new FXD 1.3 content, the FXD root node is duplicated in the navigator tree. See the attached screenshot.

fixed in trunk http://hg.netbeans.org/javafx/rev/672511675561

root FXD node in navigator stands for document root.
It's name "FXD" has no sense and looks ugly for fxd starting from 1.3.
Root node name was changed to selected entry name, which will be useful for fxd older and newer then 1.3
