see attached screenshot - there should be a gap between the saved queries panel and the IssueID area beneath it

This does not seem to be a problem on GTK L&F. I will have to debug on MacOS X.

I just fixed bug #178786 ("Issue Tracker combo displays in wrong way in Find Issues panel"). I hope the fix also fixes this bug. Could you verify it, please? Thanks.
