I queried issuezilla but can not anything, bear with me if i am resubmitting, 
Thanks.

JDK 1.3

Steps to reproduce.

1. Mount a CVS file system.
2. Restart IDE.
3. Mount another CVS file system.

NullPointerException in PropertyChangeSupport class. Could not add any CVS file 
system hereafter.

Workaround, unmount all mounted CVS file systems. Now, mount all required CVS 
filesystems in one go.

I felt this is a show stopper.

fixed in 21/Nov/2001 build. Thanks for reporting... please reopen the
bug in case it still doesn't work for you..
