How to reproduce:
1) Open Options dialog
2) Select "Manual Proxy Settings" in "General" options set
3) Press "More" button
4) Enter very long string to "No Proxy Hosts" field
5) Click OK to close dialog
6) Open "Advanced Proxy Dialog" again and verify its width
