i prefer to not use deploy on save; i now found a good reason also; for it to not be the default. when working on j2ee 1.4 ejb modules and web modules that become part of an Enterprise App -- deploy on save results in the ejb, web modules being deployed -- which causes problems -- they have to be undeployed since i am building an Enterprise App where they are part of that app. otherwise i can get jndi conflicts -- the ejb/web modules cannot be deployed muliple times.
