Call "Project Properties" dialog of web project and click on "Run" tab.
There is a "Resulting URL" text field. 
When the current Platform/Card are changed, the value of "Resulting URL" stays unmodified until the dialog closed and re-open again.

The cards should have different "Host" or "HTTP port" values in order to reproduce the bug.
