Colouring only works, if column "Issue Type" is set visible, but then it is no more needed.

The problem is that patch for bug #176108 was not applied correctly before last deployment. We prepared the correct patch and the the coloring should work without enabling issue type in the list.

Please see http://kenai.com/jira/browse/KENAI-1660 for 20091211 sprint.  It has been tested and verified on testnetbeans.org by QE. It will be out to production in the week of 12/14.
