-create JavaEE6 web project
-create some REST service there
-create another web project
-invoke REST client stubs wizard and add previously created project there

=> wizard says that the project does not contain any REST services, which is wrong

The fix wasn't so difficult. 

I am ready to commit it to 6.8 release.
Just, decide if it's worth to be in 6.8.
IMHO, the issue is quite serious, since the REST Client wizard doesn't work for JavaEE 6 project types.
