  Operating System        = Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86
  Java; VM; Vendor        = 1.6.0_15; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 14.1-b02; Sun Microsystems Inc.



Use the NB 6.8 RC1 build 200911241027 from smetiste:
6.8/rc1/2009-11-24_10-27-02/zip/netbeans-6.8rc1-200911241027-javafx-full.zip   

The netbeans\javafx2\javafx-sdk\lib\javafx-runtime.properties has he 1.3 runtime
version instead of the 1.2.1:
