SSO is not working for usernames with "." dot due to problem in kenai SSO cookie validation. When the SSO is sent for validation and contains dot the server returns 404 instead of the validation result.

This is not a Kenai.com or netbeans.org issue. Sun IT has not maintained these proxies for at least 2 years. There is no need and not recommended by IT to use a proxy to access internet from SWAN anymore.

Mark this as won't fix.
