There are keywords as 'true', 'false', 'empty', 'and', 'or' etc. in EL langugage. These words are already highlighed by blue color, but they could be also provided by code completion

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
