Action 'New->External WSDL Document' should be eliminated:
use Referenced Resources instead of it. Moreover, 'New->External WSDL Document' saves wsdl document in src folder, which is not good.

"New->External WSDL Document" used by other modules, it is even useful for bpel module. "New->External WSDL Document" feature facilitates using an external document by copy,  some scenarios user may like to edit external documents before it used and may have use case where "copy" is preferred  over 'Referenced Resource'. It is good to give option to user and document to when to use "New->External WSDL Document" vs "Referenced Resources"  if they need a local copy vs use the document as reference.
