Default Encoding Values Screen Print

When opening the Generate Encoder Definition XSD Window, the default value of "ASCII" that is displayed for "Copybook Code Page" and "DISPLAY Code Page" is not available in the dropdown menu for both items.

1. Create a Cobol Copybook Document
2. Right-Click on newly created Copybook Document and select "Generate Encoder Definition XSD"
3. The default values displayed in this window for both "Copybook Code Page" and DISPLAY Code Page" is "ASCII".

However, this value is not available in teh dropdown menu for both items. The value "US-ASCII" can be selected from the drop down menu.

The correct naming convention should be used for both the value shown when this window is opened and in the drop down menus.

checked into gfesbv22 and gfesbv23 (main trunk).

"US-ASCII" is now displayed as the default value which is also available in the drop down menu.
