Generate Encoder Definition XSD Window Screen Print

1.Right-Click on "Process Files" folder of BPEL Project and select New-->External COBOL Copybook Document(s) or Empty Cobol File and create a Cobol Copybook document
2.Right-Click on new Cobol Copybook document and select "Generate Encoder Definition XSD".


There should be a better description/explanation for the option "Ignore content beyond 72 column". It could be confusing to a user.

Also there is no tool tip listing a description available when moving the mouse cursor over the following: Copybook Code Page:, DISPLAY Code Page:, and DISPLAY1 Code Page:

fixes checked into both gfesbv22 and gfesbv23  mercurial repositories.

Verified that the wizard components listed in this ticket now have more informative descriptions.

Also, Copybook Code Page:, DISPLAY Code Page:, and
DISPLAY1 Code Page: now display descriptions when the mouse cursor is placed over each of them. Tested on build 20091123-0720
