If installed plugins sorted by category then "Briges" category appears
after all of them, even after "Uncategorized".

Well... according to [1] (search for getCategoryComparator) it works as designed : Libraries-Bridges-Uncategorized-UserDefined (and it reverse order).
Unfortunately I don`t know why it is designed so.
