[sorry for incomplete description text]

... This produced an error message:

initialqacontact: au-issues@platform.netbeans.org did not match anything

See Kenai bug: http://kenai.com/jira/browse/KENAI-1623.
Comment 3 Marco Walther 2009-11-16 19:50:36 UTC
The problem is, that both systems, kenai & BZ, have their own user-db. I try to create users in BZ on-the-fly when they log in for the first time.

Mailing-lists can't really `log-in':-(, but BZ still needs them as users when you want to use them as default-qa-contact or similar (default-assignee, ...)

As an BZ-admin, I'll add that special user and make it the default QA contact.

I currently don't really have a good idea, how to automate that process:-(

Done for this case.

Thanks, Marco.

Tonda, could you please set this new mailing list (au-issues@platform.netbeans.org as the default QA contact for platform/{autoupdate, Plugin Manager, Plugin Importer} and add me to this list, if I am not yet there?
Could you please also check that I`m also in au-commits@platform.netbeans.org? I have feeling that I didn`t get the notification from it yet.
Comment 5 Antonin Nebuzelsky 2009-11-18 14:34:50 UTC
Dmitry, you are already on both the mailing lists and au-issues is now the default QA contact for the three components.

Marco, I heard other people waiting for this general issue to be fixed. Fixing this particular case for me will not be enough. Anyway, thanks for this quickfix of my particular case.
Comment 6 leawang 2009-12-10 16:09:10 UTC
Hi Antonin, Marco has fixed the general issue in 20091211 sprint and will be on staging soon. It is slated for deployment to production early next week.

See http://kenai.com/jira/browse/KENAI-1719 for details.
Comment 7 Antonin Nebuzelsky 2009-12-11 07:07:31 UTC
That is great news, Lea. Thanks.
Comment 8 Martin Fousek 2009-12-14 01:56:04 UTC
Was tested on testnetbeans.org site...
Now I'm able to set any mailing list as a default assignee or QA contact on tnb.org. Will be verified here after deployment to nb.org.
