I had tried many times to change my account's email address, but looked like it didn't run. So can you tell me how to do it? TKS

Hi Chenrong,
can you add steps what exactly did not work. 
This setup works for me:
- change new email address in netbeans.org formular
- login to new email address and and confirm verification email
- after verification I am able to log in with new email address
