Java: 1.6.0_15; Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 14.1-b02-92
System: Mac OS X version 10.5.8 running on x86_64; MacRoman; en_US (nb)

Since we have migrated to Bugzilla it makes sense to allow users to report
issues directly from IDE via Bugzilla support. There should be Report Bug menu
item under Help menu which causes:
 - registering of bugzilla connector (if not registered yet) - probably some login dialog should appear then
 - open Report New Issue panel
