DBBC WSDL for Table doesn't show table list when back button is pressed from step 5(select operation specific attribute)
of wsdl.

Steps to reproduce:-
------------------
1. start a dbbc wsdl.
2. select table operation.
3. select a url.
4. select and add a table. press next.
5. from this step(5- select operation specific attribute) press back button.

Expected result:-
-----------------
1. tables should be listed in the list. 
2. User must be able to select a table.

Actual result:-
--------------
1. No tables are listed.

Build Used:-

Workaround:-

At this step i.e. step 4 of wsdl press ">" button, tables will be listed.
