Variables Top Component is Empty if "show watches inside Variables view" is ON.
Steps to reproduce: 
0. in synchronous sample set breakpoint on Assign1
1. Start Bpel debugger 
2. wait until process execution stopped on Assign1
3. select a Variables TC
4. Turn ON "Show watches inside Variables view" - See the Varaibles TC is empty
5. Turn OFF "Show watches inside Variables view" - See outputVar and inputVar are there
