I tried to install all available plugins and plugin manager reported error
about followed URL. As I checked -- this link is invalid and server returns
error not requested nbm file.

Seems like module org-netbeans-modules-wag-kit.nbm got removed from the cluster websvccommon1.
Try to use "reload catalog" in the plugin manager. Feel free to reopen the issue if the problems still persists.
