Occurs in build 200910071658 with jdk16u11 on opensolaris.


When pressing help in SQL History window, the help window is opened under SQL History window. Changing focused window is
not helping.

Reproducible on Ubuntu/NB6.8M2 as well. A wrong Z-order of SQL History dialog.
