done in soma.
It is more trivial then formatting expected in fx editor. This is caused by less information about document structure. 
At the creation time java editor was used as an example of behavior.
So feel free to suggest another behavior, more suitable for fxd.

Should indent lines, add/remove spaces around brackets: []{}, add necessary line breaks around {}.

have changed issue summary to track indentation too.

verified the action is available but it should be available in Editor popup menu ;) -> #181403
