Add module info in the workspace definition files (see fix issue 17367) leads to
reading of the settings files generates the exceptions (see attached attachment).
The steps for reproduce:
1. Install objectbrowser
2. Restart IDE (important)
3. Unistall objectbrowser -> the fisrt exception
4. Install objectbrowser -> rest of the exceptions
Please evaluate it or change a priority.

Target milestone -> 3.3.1.

I was trying in the recent builds ad it worked for me it was fixed
with a another issue maybe.
