[ant 1.4, jdk1.3.1_01]
Running "...nbbuild/ant real-clean" it ends up with message "...nbbuild\build.xml:741: Unable to delete file ...nbbuild/nbantext.jar". The file is deletable 
by hand.

Ant 1.4.x is not supported yet. This is known behavior of Ant 1.4.x on
Windows 2000. Use Ant 1.3 as it's recommended on
http://nbbuild.netbeans.org/ant.html
